The California Energy Commission is the state’s primary energy policy and planning agency, and is leading the state to a 100 percent clean energy future. The California Energy Commission holds a number of proceedings that include workshops, hearings, meetings, rulemaking, assessments and other actions.
Public notices, projects and plans can be found here for the California Energy Commission.
How the public can participate in Energy Commission proceedings can be found here.
The California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) generally requires state and local government agencies, including the California State Lands Commission, to inform decision-makers and the public about the potentially significant environmental effects of a proposed project, ways to minimize those effects, and to indicate alternatives to the project.
This CEQA Information page has documents available for review, comment, and viewing. Please read if you are interested in learning more.
DTSC requests public comments on many types of draft documents: regulations, site cleanup plans, draft permits, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) documents, and more. This page contains links to public notices for projects currently in a public comment period for official, formal rulemaking. In addition, you will find links to pages containing support materials (fact sheets, regulation text, etc.) below the public notices. You may also visit the DTSC Calendar for information about comment periods, public hearings and meetings, workshops and training.
